Health is Wealth
This class is fun, safe, and teach them how to make healthy food choices and exercise safely. Reading skills are sharpened as they read recipes and increase their vocabulary. We focus on making fitness fun, however this class is more serious in nature. We focus on building and learning proper functional movements.
